Reservations Policy
Bookings must be confirmed by payment of a deposit within 7 days
of our acceptance. The required deposit is 20% of your entire booking
or one night's accommodation, whichever is the greater amount. The full
balance of payment for your reservation is payable at time of check-in.
Cancellations Policy
Our cancellations policy depends on the season.
Please carefully read the particulars below.
NSW School Holiday Periods
Cancellations at least 30 days prior to your arrival will
be entitled to a deposit refund minus a 15% service fee.
Cancellations 14 - 29 days prior to your arrival
will be refunded minus a 25% service fee.
Cancellations 7 - 13 days prior to your arrival will be
entitled to a deposit refund minus a 35% service fee.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to your
arrival will not qualify for any refund of deposit.
Other Times
of Year Cancellations at least 7 days prior to your
arrival will be refunded minus a 15% service fee.
Cancellations not later than 10.00 am on your day of arrival
will be entitled to a deposit refund minus a 20% service fee.
Cancellations later than 10.00 am on day of
arrival will not receive a refund of deposit.

In the event that you decide to vacate earlier than originally booked the
unused time will not be refunded if it is during a NSW school holiday period.
Outside of NSW school holidays the unused portion of your payment will be
refunded minus a 20% service fee.
Changing Reservation Dates
Subject to availability, you may change the dates of your reservation without
incurring a service fee provided you give us at least 30 days notice if your
original booking was within a school holiday period.
Dog Owner Policies
Certain apartments in our establishment are "dog friendly"
but strict rules apply as follows.
- An additional charge applies as indicated in Tariffs.
- Guests must ask for a dog friendly unit when booking.
- Dogs must be clean and on a flea free treatment program.
- Your dog must be totally house trained.
- Pets must never be left unattended at any time.
- Guests must clean up after pet.
- Any damage caused must be paid for.
- Care must be taken to ensure that the pet does not
interfere with the enjoyment of facilities by other guests.
